KOERNER HALL | TELUS CENTRE
Location
Koerner Hall in the TELUS Centre for Performance & Learning is located at 273 Bloor Street W, Toronto ON M5S 1W2. The venue is on the south side of Bloor Street, between the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) and Varsity Centre, only a block southwest of Yorkville and half a block west of Avenue Road.
Driving Directions
Driving directions from Highway 401: take Avenue Road south to Bloor Street, OR take the Don Valley Parkway south to the Bloor Street ramp and proceed west along Bloor to Avenue Road.
Driving directions from Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW): follow the Gardiner Expressway and exit at Spadina Avenue. Proceed north on Spadina Avenue to Bloor Street. At Bloor Street, turn right (east) and look for The Royal Conservatory’s TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning on the right side, just after the lights at Bedford Road.
Parking
There are several municipal and private parking lots available around Koerner Hall. The closest lot is Green P Parking Carpark located at 9 Bedford Rd, Toronto, ON M5R 2J7, a few minutes walking distance from the hall. Additional parking within a walking distance can be found at 37 Yorkville Ave (north of Bloor Street, east of Bay Street) and at 148 Cumberland Street (north of Bloor Street, east of Avenue Road). Public Transportation
Koerner Hall is easily accessible by public transit. Take the TTC subway to St. George Station (Bloor-Danforth line). You will be facing south toward Varsity Stadium when you exit the subway using the Bedford Road exit. Cross the street to the south side of Bloor Street, turn left, walk east only a few steps, and you will be at the front door of the TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning. Alternatively, take the TTC subway to Museum station (Yonge-University line). You will be facing north and the ROM will be on your left when you exit the subway, walk half a block north to Bloor Street and Avenue Road, and turn left and walk one block west (we are next door to the ROM).
Tickets
The Koerner Hall Weston Family Box Office is open 3 hours before the concert, for ticket purchases and for tickets pick up. Showing ID to the staff is required to pick up tickets.

Cameras and video recorders
Cameras and video recording devices, including smart phones and iPads, are not permitted during performances.
Cell phones and electronic devices
As a courtesy to the artists and your fellow patrons please turn off your mobile devices, and all other audible electronic devices before the concert begins. Please refrain from using any social media during the performance. We encourage the use of social media before and following the performance or during the intermission.
Children
Children under 5 years of age may not be admitted into Koerner Hall.
Dress code
There is no specific attire required or recommended for our concerts.
Late Arrivals
In the interest of safety and for the comfort of all patrons, latecomers will be seated during a suitable break as determined by the house manager and/or artist. Due to the nature of some concerts, late arrivals may not be able to sit in their ticketed seats or be admitted at all.
Services for people with special needs
We wish to ensure all patrons have equal accessibility. Should you require any assistance with sitting, moving or standing, please let us know. Koerner hall is equipped with accessibility ramps, lifts and elevators to accommodate your needs. The venue can also accommodate wheelchairs, walkers and scooters. The hall can accommodate 9 persons seated in wheelchairs or using other mobility devices (scooters, walkers). Patrons can remain in their mobility device or transfer to theater seats. Patrons who cannot, or do not wish to transfer to a theatre seat, should request accessible seat locations when ordering tickets. Folding arm rests are available in orchestra level row A and B both aisle seats and Lower Balcony, Row E both aisle seats.
Should any type of vision loss restrict you from reading signs, locate landmarks or seeing hazards we would be happy to assist you. Magnifying sheets may be borrowed from the front of house manager. Large print programs are available on request for patrons with vision loss. Accredited service Animals are welcome; please advise the box office when ordering your tickets to ensure a suitable seat is reserved.
Listening devices are available on loan, at no charge. To request an assistive listening device, please email us in advance or ask one of the ushers upon arrival.
A quiet room, separated from the audience, for people with sensory considerations, those on the autism spectrum, ADD/ADAHD, or a learning disability is available to patrons upon request. Concerts are watched through a glass window, with controllable volume.
A complimentary ticket is provided to any support person whose assistance is required in order for the patron to attend our events.

Allergies/Multiple Chemical Sensitivities
We ask that all patrons be considerate of those who may have allergies and/or multiple chemical sensitivities and refrain from wearing perfume and cologne, or other scented products.
Medical Emergencies & First Aid
Should anyone require assistance, our staff is trained in First Aid and CPR. Certified First Aid, Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automated External Defibrillator (AED) service providers are on duty for every event. Please notify a staff member immediately upon needing any assistance.
